Dear Valued Members,

Further to our email on MAQ Desert Overnight Camping.

We are extending the dateline!!! Please confirm you participation before midday Tuesday, 9 March.

Let's go duning and stay overnight... Spend the night under the stars and enjoy the calmness and serenity of the desert while enjoying BBQ Dinner.

A very attractive price considering most tour operators including Mazaya normally charge QR270 per adult.

The price of QR150 per adult and QR120 per kids between (4-12 years old) including :
1. Dinner
2. Breakfast
1. unlimited camel rides
2. bouncy castles
3. beach volleyball
4. Basketball
5. American Football

Standard Facilities : Camping equipments, traditional tents furnished with carpets, tables, chairs, dressing rooms, sleeping bags, fresh water facilities and showers.

Dear Valued Members,

Due to the unavailability of the campsite on the earlier planned dates (5-6 MARCH 2010), our OVERNIGHT DESERT CAMPING TRIP 2010 had to be postponed to the following week; 12-13 MARCH 2010 (FRIDAY & SATURDAY).

 

Again, we would like to invite all members to participate in this event. It will be a fun-filled outdoor activity with your family and friends during this nice & beautiful weather before the hot summer comes.

The venue will be at Mazaya Tours Campite, in the middle of the desert - directly on the beach with full-fledged facilities (sleeping tent, bathrooms, majlis, entertainment, sports facilities, bouncy castles, camel rides etc). Welcome Drinks, BBQ Dinner and Breakfast are included in the package.

 

Program Itinerary :

 

DAY 1 (12 MARCH 2010)

09:30 HRS - Gather at Sealine (Preparation & Briefing by Marshalls)

10:15 HRS - Depart to Campsite (off-road desert driving)

11:15 HRS - Arrive at Campsite; check-in

12:00 HRS - Solat Jumaat (for Muslims)

12:45 HRS - Lunch (own food; only welcome drinks will be provided)

13:00 HRS - Games/Outdoor Activity

19:00 HRS - BBQ Dinner (provided)

 

DAY 2 (13 MARCH 2010)

06:30 HRS - Breakfast (provided) and Outdoor Activities

08:00 HRS – Check-out, Return and Departure

 

PARTICIPATION FEE (SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR MAQ MEMBERS)

QR150 PER ADULT & QR100 PER CHILD AGED 4-12

 

Non-MAQ members are also welcome to participate. MAQ membership is open at any time. The more people we have, the more enjoyable it will be.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE : 4-WD VEHICLE IS A MUST!!!
