Assallammu'alaikum and Greetings Valued MAQ Members,

Firstly, for those who are leaving Qatar soon (or have gone!) for their summer vacation, I’d like to wish you all a happy Summer Holiday! I trust that you will all have a well earned break during these upcoming weeks. Come back safe and sound though.

For those who are staying back here in Qatar, MAQ is not forgetting you all. We have lined up a few exciting programs to keep you and your families occupied during this holiday period.

To begin with, tomorrow on Friday MAQ will be organizing the annual MAQ 8 Balls and Table Tennis Challenge at QBC. I am pleased to share with you that close to 50 Malaysian enthusiasts have registered for these games. I’d like to thank you for your continued support.

Also, in less than a month time we will be in the month of Ramadhan. To all our Muslim friends, I’d like to wish Ramadhan Kareem. In this Holy Month, MAQ will be organizing the following activities:-

1.  Bazaar Ramadhan on 13th of August (for potential sellers, please contact us early as space is limited)
2.  Breaking Fast with MOI on the 19th of August (Venue: tba)
3.  Ramadhan Umrah from 12th to 21st of August
