To register as MAQ Member fill-up the MAQ Registration Form and submit to any MAQ Exco Members together with the payment.
Malaysians residing in Qatar are also recommended to register with the Malaysian Embassy. Download and fill up this form. After duly completed and signed, submit by hand to Embassy Office.
